I am confused, I can not see any option to setup MegaMenu on my site.

First of all, try to disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and then please read our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ because there you will find all of the needed steps for setup your mega menu.
