Support almost expired

I want to thank the whole tagdiv team for the great support this year. I am really thankful for all the help and understanding from the past several months.

I still have one problem I hoped you could help me out with.

The Facebook counter still doesn’t work on my website. I know you said that this is Facebook’s problem. I really want this problem to be fixed, but my support will expire in a few days.

My question is : Is there a way I could contact you when my support is expired to know if the Facebook counter problem is fixed?

Hi Bogdan,

After doing a lot of research on the internet, I think I solved the problem. The only problem is now, that the Facebook icon won’t redirect to the Facebook page. So it won’t link and won’t show the Facebook likes.

I filled in the correct ID of my site : https://www.screencast.com/t/cup6DnrtgQB

But when I click on the icon it redirects to a different link : https://www.screencast.com/t/tVwIvkTswVKp

Don’t mind my last reply. But after all the work the widget still won’t show the followers. Even though on the developers Facebook site, it says my site is online.

I checked the links that you pended but they are very unclear.

I’ve updated the theme last week. I checked on the envato website and it seems there is no new update. What do you mean you don’t work with fb keys? Does it mean I can’t show use facebook as a social counter?
