Homepage will not display new category

I created a new category called “Interviews” (ID-2) but I cannot get homepage to display new category. I tried using the TagDiv composer and changing the category to “Interviews” and also tried adding ID-2.

Hi,

If you want to display posts from the category you created in the homepage, you simply have to configure the block you want from the page content. Edit the page with the composer and select the block you want

Next select the category, in the filter tab

You can also sort the posts, the options for that are in the same Filter tab. The multiple categories filter is for when you want to display posts from more than one categories, it works by adding IDs

– I’ve created a Category called “Interviews” – ID=41
– I’ve created one post in this category – ID=38

Neither of these will display in the main section of the top block on my website by following the instructions you provided.

Now that is unusual, so you are entering the correct post ID and the block is not displaying it. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Leave the block configured as you want it to be. We will take a look.
