If that is not it, maybe it could be done with CSS for an existing element on a page or post. If you could mention more about this I will try to point you in the right direction. Custom CSS code can be created with the help of the browser inspector, then entered in the theme panel

Maybe use a numbered counter and the CSS tab to create a full circle

Or use a Raw HTMl element and create a circle with text maybe

The progress bar will be only half circle, it may not be easy to modify that. Or maybe you could search for a plugin to display a round widget in which you can use text, if there are such plugins.
