Banner image using custom ad shrink and the image URL have i2.wp.com prefix

Hi,

I haven’t made any changes, but my banner image suddenly resized and the image shrink from 970x250px to 696x179px. I use custom ad to display it. There is also a prefix on the image url which is i2.wp.com. Please view the image under the main menu. I have try uploading the image again, but is always resized to 696x179px.
