Sorry but the theme does not have any such an option that allows displaying your ads in all of categories and posts. It is needed to make some additional customizations through the theme core files in order to achieve as you wish. It is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer or developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

What pop-up are you referring to exactly? The theme does not have any pop-ups, that could be done with plugins.
