Hi,
We have a problem with some items categories on menu. If we choose “Make this a category mega menu” and select the correspondent category and save the changes, later in front page the category is displayed for one second, but then disappears.
The categorie is “Actualidad”, and it has associated news.

Please update the theme to the latest version of it via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, you can make some useful screenshots and provide here.

Hi, we are using the latest version: Newspaper – Version: 8.7
We have cleared all the caches and the problem stills appearing. Even deactivated cache plugins.
I have attached three images, one of categories list with number of post associated. Where you can see that this categorie has many post.
And other screenshot shows how in the first second of the loading page appears the category “Actualidad” but one second later disappears.
And the other screenshot shows the menu without “Actualidad” item.
How we can solve this problem?

Try to remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there after you have disabled these, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you. I asked you to disable all of the untested plugins because this is the first step for WordPress debugging.
