Is there a way to edit the theme to remove the top, thin gray bar that contains a secondary menu? For example here: http://blog.vagaro.com/, we would like to remove the bar entirely and not show those links (About Us, Contact, Why Vagaro) at the top. We have already relocated these to the Footer Menu Area.
We tried selecting the Top Menu, and deselecting it from Top Footer View. It does get rid of the links, but just replaces with “Click here – to select or create a menu”, which you see even if you are logged out.
How can we remove both the top menu and the gray background color?

If you got the latest update you can go to Customize > Navigation and then choose:
