We have run in to a few issues with the Newspaper theme, I don’t know if it is our fault or if they are bugs.
1. The arrows on the big slide and blocks do not work, even through there are more articles than can be viewed. Also the child categories on the blocks take you to the category page rather than just bringing up content from those categories, like your demo site does.
2. The main nav bar does not stick to the top of the page, even though I set that options in the Theme Panel.
3. Our Facebook fans count does not show up on our site, but it does link to our Facebook page.

I apologize, some of my issue have been resolved. We had CloudFlare minimized Javascript enabled, which we have since disabled. This fixed our #1&2 issues, but issue #3 has not been resolved with this. Any suggestions would be great.

Glad you have managed to fix the other issues, regarding the Facebook count issue please make sure you have added the right Facebook id in the social count widget and replace the content of td_social_api.php with this code: http://pastebin.com/HhKRs2SB or you can wait for the next theme update and just update the plugin.

I have updated the code in td_social_api.php, but unfortunately this did not resolve this issue we are having. Our ‘Fans’ number is still zero.
Thank you for your help! I am stupid, I change it from the numerical id for Facebook to our name, and now our fan numbers are showing!
