I like the DEFAULT SITE POST TEMPLATE nº 4 that the highlighted image shows it in large at the top, the problem I have is that if I see it on a normal 15 “notebook screen, the image is very large and there is a little bad … would this image that is less high and that fits equally?

If they look the same, then that is how the template looks on a smaller screen. The content will get smaller (responsive) as the screen width is reduced, so there would be no problem in this matter across all devices of all sizes.
If there actually is a problem with the way post template 4 behaves in your case, please provide a link to such a post on your website. We will take a look.
