social counter instagram 0 followers- not working

Hello, i’ve recently made an instagram account for a website i have, https://www.all4gaming.net/ , and when i tried connecting it to the social counter it shows 0 followers, even though on my instagram i already have some. can you please look into it?

I saw that but the problem is I didn’t added that. I just added ” all4gamingro ” the insta ID in the td composer. the # is added whatever I do

I have tested on my side with your Instagram ID and works as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VXEQjh4aCTx Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way.

Ok, I will update the theme, i got an email to download it from envato, but please tell me, will I lose anything?

Hello all4gaming,

Before each theme update, we recommend doing a full backup to avoid losing all of your data. So, please notice that we recommend that your theme update to be made via FTP because this is the surest method in this case.
