Hi, I have tried my best to fix the social media counter plugin as suggested- updating theme and plugin. But, Facebook is still not working.

Hi,
We could take a look, please provide a link to your website where the counter is present. As of the latest theme version all you need to do to configure Facebook is to enter your ID

Try with a test id like the one I used in the example, check if it works then. Then switch back to yours.
