Hello. I have a contact us page in my website (i don’t want to publish the link here publicly). So there’s a text column and when I press “edit content” (using the TD Composer) to change the text the iframe loads for ever and doesn’t open to allow me to edit the text. After inspection I get the following errors: by inspecting the page I get: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 () wpeditor.php:1 After seeing my server’s logs I see to errors 1) 403 GET /wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/wpeditor.php HTTP/2.0 nginx SSL/TLS access 2) 26270#0: *1693266 access forbidden by rule nginx error. Can you please tell me what’s wrong and what can I do to fix this? I cannot edit the page for now đ Thanks

It seems that the server could be denying access to a file from the tagDiv composer plugin. That probably means that none of the text elements work, in all pages. Check if that is the case. If it is, you could contact your hosting provider and check what exactly is this rule that forbids the access.
Maybe an exception can be created so that the composer can function correctly. Let us know the results.

Hi! The problem in my case was the an app in Plesk called wpcli-toolkit. From there i had enabled “Security of the wp-content folder” and this was the reason that caused the problem. It blocked scripts in wp-content folder from running. By disabling it the problem fixed. Hope this helps.
I had this problem, and i solve disabling all options under “System Tweaks” in iThemes Security plugin.

I had the same issue when “PHP in Plugins” option of the “iThemes Security” plugin is enabled. Reckon the “Edit Content” php execution of the “TD Composer” plugin is blocked and caused the editor popup window spinning indefinitely.

Please notice that our theme was not tested with those plugins.
Please try to deactivate all plugins, clear all cache and try again, the most of the time there is a plugin conflict.
If there are others problems please let us know.
