theme is not registered!

Hi,
I registered my licence for https://www.mhpronewstv.com which was a test site for development. I want to use it for the main site which is https://www.manufacturedhomepronews.com/.

I took the registration key out of https://www.mhpronewstv.com but I am not able to register https://www.manufacturedhomepronews.com/ successfully.

It say’s this email already exist. Your theme is not registered!
Would you please tell me what I should do.
