Author boxes on sidebar

Hi there,

Saw this site which seems using Newspaper theme as well. Wonder how I can put those author boxes (作者) on the sidebar and link to the respective author pages?

The site in question uses a plugin for this called Shortcodes Ultimate – galleries elements
