Can’t find any tutorials within the Documentation as to how to create a landing page and activate it?

Hello,

Sorry but there is no tutorial at the moment for landing pages. You have to use the multi-purpose elements from the tagdiv composer.
First, you can use a blank page template: https://www.screencast.com/t/vhw5VqKcp so your page will not show the header or footer. Then you can start building your page with the tagdiv. These few videos should help:
