As I see there are plugins to add a Check box that link to the legal notice. According to my lawyer, this violates the rpgd, since comments and forms must have a double check. One in which is expressed so that they collect your data in the legal notice and a second for the user to give their consent. In contact form 7 it is very easy but in wordpress comments it is not done. Nor add administrator information in comments, Name, ID, Address … Does anyone know how to do it? Thank you

They added only one checkbox for the comments, in which the user agreed to save the data used for the next comment

That would seem to be enough, they would have added more if considered necessary.
