image size for post

Hi, what is the best size for image in the post ?

In home page i have:

flex block 1 for slide
Block 22
Block 14
Block 15

I have problem in resizing in the home page.

Hello flclazio,

Please notice that our theme uses some thumbnails for each block used by you. Very important is that your images to be HD if you want to achieve more accurate results. If you will check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gSvIpCki you will see what kind of size is used for each block used by you.
