I don’t know if i can make this kind of question here since i don’t know if this is an issue related with your theme or with wordpress itself, but i noticed that my embedded facebook post has the interaction buttons and options in italian! It’s a weird thing. Hi Simon. Thank you for your answer. I’ll check it out. But i’m trying to avoid adding code to the main theme because it disappears when an update arrives.
Right now I’m using the option to embedd posts of facebook and it’s loading the correct language.

Unusual issue to say the least. You could create a child theme, add code to the functions in the child theme. That will not be lost if you for example update the theme. A child theme is not difficult to install
