Visual Editor (Background turns Black)

Hi, the visual editor background on wordpress turns black suddenly.

1. Is it because of the wordpress update

2. Or is it because of us switching from Newsmag default theme to good voice?

3. Or any settings to change quickly?

If that turns black it would be the first time I here of something like this.

You should start by deactivating all your plugins, leave only theme plugins active. If you made modifications to WordPress files, remove them. Test in a different browser as well. Let us know the results.

Dear Simion,

Kindly see attached:

1. We tried disabling all plugins, it is still the same.
2. We tried removing custom CSS code + plugins, it is the same.
3. All prior posts are affected too.

The visual editor shows black background.
The html version is ok.

Could you please check on a default WordPress theme? If the problem is present only when the Newsmag theme is active please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access. We will take a look.
Also include a link to this topic in the email.
