I have blog posts at the bottom of my homepage and it doesn’t load the images unless I refresh the page.
It does the same thing if I add an image in a post. I cannot see the image unless I refresh the page.

Try disabling JavaScript minification. Or try disabling lazy load image in theme panel

Please disable any optimization tools you use or try to disable plugins that could possibly affect the theme js. The theme lazyload functionality is the first to break on a js error: https://www.screencast.com/t/Vt5ZqA4m
Disabling this option will not fix the issue itself. It will only hide the symptoms.
