Hi,
Even if I choose THEME ACCENT COLOR as shown in the screenshot, the colored bar between top and main menu doesn’t change its color as the THEME ACCENT COLOR. However, it was working as it should be.
Could you please help me?

Hi again,
I am not talking about the social icons’ color. I want to change the color of the bar under those, which is gray for now. I want it to have the same color as the General Theme Accent Color.

You should try using the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
The code is ->

background-color: red;
}
