Hi,
That is possible. Simply hide the respective element for the devices you want. Example to hide a block on desktop

Will this only hide the element on desktop on the given page that you are editing or will it hide the element on all desktop pages that the selected element is used on?

Only in the page where it is set to be hidden. It is not a general setting, each page will have to be edited if you want to hide specific elements in it.
