Problems setting tagdiv counter for facebook

Please i have gone through the procedure in linking my facebook account to the plugin with the assistance of your video tutorials and set my IDs and generated access codes but unlike the other social media counters the facebook counter still shows Zero, please help.. http://www.zylofonmediaonline.com

Please update the theme to the latest version of it which is NP 8.7.5.
