Print page does not appear

Even after installing the Print, PDF & Email by PrintFriendly plug-in, my page does not allow printing, not even PDF. It’s as if it had some block in the code that does not allow the preview for printing.
How to proceed? Thanks in advance.

Hello mecanicaonline,

You should not use any such a plugin for Print because the theme has included by default this functionality for Social Sharing buttons like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/5ci74oRcrDW

Actually there is the button, but when you click it the page that opens does not show the content, only the address link, but clean, blank.
How do I configure this?

Hello mecanicaonline,

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using an older theme version. Please try to update it via FTP way to the latest version of it, clear all the caches and check the results. Remove all of the untested plugins and check the results.
