My homepage, based on the first demo wasn’t created by Tagdiv. Nonetheless, i had already specified the title background colour but i am still not getting that effect. See attached file.

I believe you might have the magazine demo installed

Note that this demo has custom design for the block titles, all the demos contain custom design. If you would like to have default block header design, remove the customization
