1)Sorry, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change this position for comment count. You should do it yourself, using such a custom CSS code for that.
2)How do you want to change the category button?. Provide more details about this changes so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

All the style of the theme can be found in the style.css file. If you want to change the comment count position, you should create your custom CSS code using the Inspector browser, like with our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
