How to add a button in Main Menu

Hi, I need to add a button to the Main Menu like the example bellow (transparent with a white line on the outside)

Hi there,
Thank you for the reply, I have the button now, but only on the desktop menu, when in mobile it does not appear, what can I do?

Also I need to add this aditional information, the button when used in a sticky Main Menu is wrongly resized and does not fit the formatting well with more space between bottom then top, like you can see in the example below
