Can you tell me which CPM ad platform or plugin is the most compatible with this theme?

All should work – as long as listed compatible with WordPress 4.0+, as they are designed to work with WordPress, which the theme is designed to work with. With a CPM platform, you basically would drop in custom code from the plugin/platform into the respective ad spot, or use the widget from the plugin to put into sidebar, etc.

If you’re using Google’s AdSense, then the theme is pre-set up for using their “responsive” ad units.

Here you have a full guide on hoe to use theme’s ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads/ or you could try to find and sue a plugin, unfortunately I can’t recommend one as we haven’t tested any but you can try and if you find one and you are satisfied on hie it works please share so that other could benefit.
