Issue in Builder

Recently started working in this theme and have found two issues that I cannot find documentation or fixes for. The First is with the Title block setting. I am currently using Block header Default One and my text should be surrounded by a color block that is the same as the line across the top. The only way to get the block is for me to use Title Block header 3, but then there is no line. I have yet to be able to get the color block with the line.

The second issue is inside the post editor. The shortcodes drop-down is only showing YouTube and Vimeo Playlist and Smart List End as the available options. None of the block quotes or other shortcode features are available.

you will be able to see the title block there. I did notice the title block setting were working jst fine for the trending title block. I changed the font color to yellow as I could not see the white against the white background.

Thanks for the feedback, I need to get my staging site ftp access to address this. I am assuming aside form preset styles, there is no downside to using the demo to build off of? I decided to not use a child theme either because I want to stick with what is available trying to make site as fast as possible.

Any thoughts on the shortcode drop down issue? I am assuming i should have started two threads and am happy to do so if you would like.
