Showing error while installing tag div composer. Here is the screenshot

Even tried to install from FTP, manually, restarted my server but failed to install, shows the same error again and again.
“Download failed. cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate”

Solved the issue.
Just imported the plugin from the theme and extracted in the plugins folder in c panel
