Hi,
I was trying to update the theme via ftp and after i transfer the new version , the child theme disappeared..why that happened?Now i restore the site with the old version 8.7 and the child theme working again…

The child theme will not work in newer versions. A child theme is not update proof. Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/setting-up-child-theme/
