Hello, fellow Newspaper users!
I finally updated my theme and I’m enjoying browsing the Cloud Templates and I’d like to use one of the author templates, Author Template 6 to be exact, but I am not seeing that as an option for me to change the template to under Theme Settings > Author Template.
Do you have any tips?
It seems to be just the blank that you are able to use at the moment. Cloud template are still in beta feature. Most likely it will come available soon, I guess.
Do you think that this also applies to the attachment templates? Just trying to manage my expectations.

Once imported or created and saved, an author template can be set from here

Then that template should be used for all the author pages.

Thank you for that! Unfortunately, after setting the author template as the default from the cloud templates, the author page only displays the header and the footer of the page, no articles or other content, including the author profile.
Is there something else that I’m missing?
Hi all. I’m pleased to report this issue has been fixed.
After adding the Cloud Template to my theme, then making it the default, I had to edit the template and reimport the Cloud Template for it to work properly. Hope this is helpful for anyone else experiencing this issue.
I’m still having issues with the attachment template, but I will take the small victories where I can get them!

We appreciate the feedback, the cloud plugin is still being improved so all user reports are welcome. Regarding the attachment template what exactly is happening for you? Is it the same issue?
