My website is http://www.newsekaaina.com when i am trying to installed purchase theme it is showing error i have raised a request on envato and since last two days no body is there to help me. What should i do to take help because now my live website is down and my competitors are taking benefits of it.

If you made a request 2 days ago, you already received an answer. Please note the support hours posted on top of this page. I have replied via email to your request. You get a lot of 500 error in your console so please use this guide to make sure you meet the requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/requirements/ and increase your wp memory to 256 MB
