Some1 help After I updated (re-instll) Newspaper my Dashboard look changed

Hi guys, good week

Im having a problem with my site I just reinstalled the Newspaper theme, i was adding some ads boxes, suddenly in my website page I can’t see the upper options, like: edit with TagDiv, add new post etc…in Dashboard and below the footer there’s a lots of option are added:
