Hi,
Is that possible to have a block 3, with:
Thumbnail 1
Name of post 1
Name of post 2
Name of post 3
etc…
Thus, I am trying to remove all the thumbnails except thumbnail of the first post in that category.

Hi,
You can use page builder to achieve that and add a row split it in 3 columns and on each column add first a block 3 element set to display one post and after it a block 10 element set hide the title, should look something like this: http://screencast.com/t/yjhPJmuyf

Use the tag filter to control which post gets displayed in block 3.
