Is needed to make some deeper investigation at your setup page and that’s why I request you to provide an email with your credentials.

@missdetails I see you are not using the latest theme version, please update to the latest theme version (4.5) and Twitter should work properly.
Be sure to check if the social counter updated automatically after you update the theme

If it’s not, update it automatically. Let us know if there is still a problem with it

I am having same issue with Social Connector not displaying values for Twitter Followers.

Can I please submit login information for website to your email with login information?

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page. Also, provide the CPanel access.
