Theme settings problem

Hello team,
Yesterday the Site lost all of it’s Theme Settings. I didn’t change anything and I didn’t do any update to the theme/wordpress/plugin. I managed to import the backup of the Settings but I’d like to know what could cause something like that?

Hi,

Even if an update was made, none of the theme settings should be lost, all the theme panel settings made by you as well as custom code, are saved in the database of the website.

Maybe something happened to the database and reset the theme settings, you could check with the hosting and they could take a look.
