I just bought and installed and the theme panel does not save any changes.
I’ve already read forum suggestions but nothing works. Here you can see that everything is correct.

Ok, the solution to my problem.
In another wordpress installation on the same server I had installed the Wordfence plugin that creates conflict to save changes of the themepanel.
You must disable the plugin in that installation, and finally works.

That may happen, try to activate the plugin again but set it in learning mode
– https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/
Then the admin-ajax file that the theme is trying to use should not be blocked by the plugin firewall.
