Even though I created a social counter widget using my own social links, the one from the demo still stays in the page with the Tagdiv’s social links. How can I remove those? And how can I remove the big, ”proudly built with newspaper” ad?

If you edited or created a new social counter widget, configured with your data, then the information it displays should be accordingly. Maybe you have strong caching, which prevents the page content to be refreshed. If you use a caching plugin or service, please try and clear the cache.

The Facebook counter will display the values from a Facebook “like” page. Such as this one

The page must be public and have with no restrictions. If there is no like count in the Facebook page the counter will not display anything.
