Social Counter Error

Hi,

On my website’s homepage: thefullnineyards.com, the social counter is showing as this opposed to the actual counter:

In my wordpress menu > appearance > install plugins, it says “Installed But Not Activated” next to the social counter. When I try to activate it, it says it was successfully activated however nothing happens and then revers back to saying it needs to be activated.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Deactivate it if it appears as activated, then delete it. Re-install the social counter plugin from the theme plugins panel

Then activate it and there should be no problem. This plugin along with the composer will try to be updated automatically after a theme update, sometimes this fails however leaving the plugins deactivated. Let us know if there is still a problem.
