Admin panel in WordPress showing blank, after disabling theme from FileZilla everything is working fine. But when I re-enable newspaper theme it is giving me same blank page in all WordPress menu.
What should i do?

I suggest you make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing, clear all the caches, update the plugins to the latest version of them and check the results. The theme install should have to be done via FTP way.

I don’t want to lose my theme setting, After error when I renamed my theme name to Newspaper_disabled then everything was fine, but after renaming my theme back to Newspaper I am getting the same error. This shows that error is from theme side. So give me a proper solution to get rid of this blank admin panel error.

You will not lose ant theme setting if you will make a full backup to your database before re-installing the theme. You should follow this way and check if the issue will persist. Ok so you want to tell that when we do any modification made in Newspaper theme panel then the settings are stored in the database rather than theme file, am I right?

Yes, you are right! All the theme panel settings are stored in the database. (wp_options, td_011).
