We have been using the newspaper theme, and we noticed that the search function (in our case) is not working properly, each time that a search is performed in our site the there is no response from the site and the browser crash. Is there a way that you can help us to solve this issue?
Works for me in IE11/Win7-64; although I blocked the “pop-up” you have on home page.
It crashes on Safari and iphones (not tested in androids)
Did you try turning off any plugins to see if they are causing a JavaScript/Ajax issue? I don’t have an issue with search on my site, on either my iPad Air or iPhone 6, or MacBook Pro.

From what I have noticed this happens in chrome on desktop also, and it’s because an js erro: http://screencast.com/t/6GfqFZqt
Please make sure you deactivate all plugins, empty cache files and purge files if you use any cache or CDN plugins and check for this again.
I have tested this using the latest theme version (4.5) and works fine.
