Notice that our theme uses a lot of Headers Style and you can choose one of them from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-styles/ We do not recommend to edit the logo or header style because you can easily break the theme layout.
If you want to remove that border-top from your header menu you should use a bit of CSS code for that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS Area.

Sorry, but please notice that the menu on mobile has a different functionality than the desktop layout menu and the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, unfortunately! Here is talking about the mobile and desktop menu which has different functionality and which are created differently, sorry! Notice that the menu on mobile is optimized for that viewport (maxim 767px as width) and the theme does not have any option to change it to look like similar with the desktop menu, sorry!
If you want additional customization, you should do it yourself because we cannot provide custom work.
