Page Error When Edit With TD Composer

Can you give my ideas as to why I might get this error, only when I click Edit with TD Composer?

This page isn’t working
infosechotspot.com didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Set up the below code in .htaccess!

<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
