Visual Composer doesn't work

Hi Guys,

i’m trying your visual composer for the first time but maybe I’m doing something wrong.

Dragging a new element leaves a loading gif on loop, nothing else happens, see here:

Check your system status parameters to be increased accordingly to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/

I’ve switched from this theme to newspaper for another reason, is it possible to convert the license from one to the other?

Hello Henry,

Sorry, you cannot convert the license from one to the other, unfortunately! Understand that you should request a full refund for Newsmag and then you should buy the Newspaper theme instead.
