You will likely want to set up your home page the way you want it. The demo content is just to help you jump start; so you would usually go into the settings and adjust things the way you want; experiment with home page layout; put some of your own test content in there, etc. Some cases it’s easier to work WITHOUT the demo content, meaning default settings, and start with just couple of your own test pages, and images, so you don’t have to stumble over all the temporary content.

How do you handle patch_4.4_4.5 is?

Hi,

That patch it’s to update the theme to 4.5 version and contains only the new/modified files in 4.5 theme version. Note that it’s used only to update the theme from version 4.4 to 4.5.
If you want to update the theme you should use this method and manually upload all theme files to your server via FTP: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/
