I want to know if making a shortcode of tagdiv related post is achievable, so that I can change its default position and insert it anywhere in blog posts as desired?

Yes, if you create your own shortcodes you should simply use them everywhere you want on your website, like as a TD Composer element.

Sorry but please notice that Related Articles is set up by default after the post content. If you want to change their position you should edit the theme core files. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
