I don’t want that gray strip at the bottom of the main image. http://macscoinreport.com/
I still want the image to respond when moused over, but that gray line looks terrible and I cannot figure out where to remove it. Thanks.

Your image is not in the correct proportion, that is why the grey colour appears. Try to use an image with increased height and it will be gone. (try image size 900px x 550px)

Hi,
Now it seems you solved the issue. The image you set as featured should be big enough to create the thumbnails.
That grid big module requires a thumbnail of this size to display properly
