Social Counter does not work

Hi there,
Im having currently issues with the Social counter plugin. It wont show any facebook followers. When i checked it i noticed that the fiels for the app id and secret key is gone from the widget aswell as the td builder.

Hello Psionline,

Please update the theme to the latest version of it which is 8.8.2, clear all the caches and check the results. The Facebook should works as expected because this issue has been fixed in the latest version of it and now, the Facebook works without app id and secret key.

Hi Catalin,
im already running 8.8.2 for the theme and 4.4 for the social counter.

Is it normal that i dont have the fields for the Facebook App ID etc. anymore?

Do you have updated the theme to the latest version of it? After you have cleared all of your caches and if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.
